Researches mark India as the 10th biggest business partner of New Zealand. Last year, this business collaboration managed to reach a two-way business of around $2 billion. Among the many elements, education stands as a big element that strengthens mutual ties of New Zealand and India. According to the 2014 immigration statics, about 20,000 students from India choose New Zealand to pursue higher education. Similar report shows that India is the second largest source of foreign students to New Zealand today. About eight popular universities of New Zealand (related to technology, engineering, science, math, business and fashion) will offer a total of 35 scholarships to eligible students and give them a chance to pursue graduation and post-graduation universities in any of the top-notch universities of New Zealand.
