Job Description :

1. Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and ensure successful application.

2. Must interact with all clients assigned and deal with all procedures required for processing of an application and to ensure that the client is made to understand the requirement of the process undertaken..

3. Should oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit.

4. Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all required documents before launching the application.

5. Must ensure the client is made aware of the required fee structures required at the different stages of the Immigration application process as prescribed by the respective Immigration authorities of the respective country opted for and guide the client to make the payment accordingly.

6. Must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
