About BC PNP

British Columbia’s PNP program seeks to attract skilled professionals overseas who are currently in high demand in the province’s labour market and wish to settle there.

BC’s two streams, Skilled Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC), are managed under its Skilled Immigration Registration System (SIRS).

To apply via SIRS, the candidate must first register an account. After this, they are assigned a score based on various factors like age, education, experience and language proficiency.

Candidates who receive an ITA now have 30 days to submit their filled application through BC’s online portal.
