With a Global Talent Visa, an individual can live and work in the UK for at least 1 year. This staying period is expandable for up to 5 years or more.
The Global Talent Visa (earlier known as Tier 1"Exceptional Talent Visa") allows you to work in the UK for up to five years and apply without a sponsor or other entry requirements like language tests or minimum salary thresholds.
