1,117 invitations issued by OINP, the New Ontario Draw

The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) issued 1,117 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) on October 30, 2023. OINP issued 1,051 invitations to the applicants under the Master Graduate Stream in a general draw. The minimum Expression of Interest score was 43 and above.

Additionally, 66 PhD Graduate Stream applicants received the invitations to apply with a minimum Expression of Interest of 42 or above.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) profiles created between November 22, 2022 to October 30, 2023 were given priority for the latest OINP draw.

Invited applicants will get 14 days to submit their applications with supportive documents relevant to their Expression of Interest profiles to receive the Permanent Residence visa (PR) in Ontario.
