Express Entry Latest Draw: Lowest CRS Requirement of 2022

CRS score drops below 500 in an all-program draw for the first time since December 2020. The minimum CRS score requirement has been steadily dropping since all-program draws were resumed on July 6, 2022, ranging from CRS 557 in Express Entry Draw #226 on July 6 to CRS 496 in the latest Express Entry draw. 

On October 26, 2022, Canada held the 22nd Express Entry draw of 2022. To be eligible, a Canada immigration hopeful that had a valid Express Entry profile must have - 

  1. Been eligible for any of the 3 Express Entry programs, 
  2. Had a ranking score of CRS 450 and above, and
  3. Created their profile before May 09,2022 09:04:20 UTC (the tie-break applied). 

4,750 invitations to apply (ITAs) were issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
