Saskatchewan held its first PNP (SINP) draw in 2021 on 7 January. A total of 385 candidates were invited to apply for nomination.
This is the first SINP draw held this year. It invited 148 candidates through the SINP Express Entry pathway. Another 237 candidates were invited through the Occupations In-Demand category.

The minimum score required to receive the invitation was 71 points.
SINP limits the number of invitations by occupation. It is because nominations do not exceed the demand for employment.

The size and frequency of SINP draws are based on the needs of the labour market. Provincial priorities and the number of applications processed in previous draws are also considered.
SINP draws take place once every two months at least.
