All the candidates invited had educational credential assessments and work experience in at least one of the 79 occupations. Invariably, SINP uses the system to successfully select the most potential candidates to fit in the local, regional market.

Saskatchewan EOI Score

SINP candidates are given a score out of 100 in the EOI points assessment grid. Only the high scoring candidates receive an ITA for provincial nomination.

Invited candidates from both categories required a minimum score of 77 EOI points under the grid. Saskatchewan made changes in the late 2020s into the points system to give more points to English and French-speaking people

Express Entry Subcategory

The candidates selected in this SINP draw had profiles in the Federal Express Entry Pool. All 189 candidates receiving provincial nominations would be awarded additional 600 points into their CRS score.

It also applies to all provincial nominee programs in Canada that are aligned with the Express Entry.

Occupations In-Demand Subcategory

This subcategory is open to candidates not having any Express Entry profile. However, they are required to have work experience in occupations having labour shortages in the province.

There were 313 candidates invited to apply for provincial nomination with work experience in occupations in-demand in Saskatchewan.
